Every week, hundreds if not thousands of online business owners launch new products, yet, only a small minority of them make any profit, never mind survive the year. Before discussing this, I want you to know that this will not make you rich overnight.
I know you must have received tons of emails from marketers selling all kind of super expensive stuff. It seems like these days you can’t fill up their greeds without spending $1000 every week. I think its about time you should use these strategies to make some of it back.
We’ll begin planning at least 4 weeks ahead. Mainly because the first two weeks consist of planning, checking, planning and checking again and again to make sure everything is perfectly in place.
Gathering of Resources
Affiliate System : There is only one single thing that I’d suggest you purchase that will cost you anything, and that’s an affiliate system, as this forms a large part of your promotion. There are quite a few affiliate systems out there. Either you can set up your own system or use something like clickbank, paydotcom, 2checkout, 1shoppingcart. etc. The choices are unlimited.
Offer: Next important piece is called offer. This is the offer than you’ll be presenting your JV. Think of all the reasons why they should promote you. When you write a letter, give them a reason to promote you. Good commission, some added material etc.. There are many ways you can create powerful offers.
Promotional materials: You also need some promotional material which you’ll provide to your JV partner. They can be in many forms, articles, reports, audios, videos, scripts etc etc. The idea is to provide enough reasons and methods for others to promote you.
BackEnd: Think of good backend. I don’t think you have much chances of coming up with $1000 product tomorrow. But keep an eye on big end product that you can sell in future. Why I am suggesting this? Think like this, If you are just going in with 1 product. You’ll make some money right now… and then what’ll you do?
Moreover if you have backend in your plans, you can always give your joint venture partners good commission and make money on backend. Think big.
Setting up follow up emails:
You’ll be writing 2 types of emails: First You’ll write emails for your Joint venture partner. Where you’ll remind him/her of upcoming schedule of your product launch. Second you’ll be reminding and following up on your list of people who didn’t bought from you in the first place.
Coming to think of it, you also need pre-written emails for your partner to promote your products.
Of course, there are tons of subtleties in all of this. But they can’t be summed up in just one article. I’ll come back to this topic some other time and discuss some neat stuff.

- Check out the top 5 sites in Google for your keyword.
- Open Good Keywords WebPage Explorer.
- Input the URL for your competition
- Here you’ll be able to see Different Views on that Webpage i.e. Text, HTML code, Keywords used etc.
Well this is exactly what you need. Now With other tools in Good Keywords you can check the site’s Link popularity. Try it, it’s one of the best tools around.Anyways lets start the process of SEO-ing Your Webpage
- Put your main keyword, and secondary keywords in your Keywords Meta tag. No more than 7-8 keywords should be placed.
- Put your Description loaded with secondary keyword and Main keywords in Description Meta Tag.
- Put a Good descriptive Benefit with Keywords in your Title Tag.
- You can use any Keyword density your article/text allows you to.
- Link to one of the good Site related to that article with your keywords in it.
- Search for Link partners. Use your Main and Secondary keywords in Incoming Links.
- Link back to your home page with main keyword.

Now There is nothing bad about doubting yourself. But if its
not in your favor. You should kill that mini-me inside you.
You are intelligent person, aren’t you? So why are you asking

You see when you ask wrong questions, this universe or this
invisible energy will give you wrong answers.

How To Create Products in faster than speed of thought?
People spend way too much time in creating their perfect product. They always strive to be perfect when there is no need to. When it comes to creating product, I can create products really fast. According to all of my customers I do create quality products.From my experience… there are just some reasons why people fail to create a product. This is what happens when anyone comes into internet marketing.
1. Most people don’t even start.
2. If they do, They don’t have faith in their abilities.
3. If they do have some faith, they do not go follow the plan completely.
4. If they do and still fail, they quit.
5. If they don’t quit and still march on forward. They’ll get their first success and then again it soon becomes habit.
If you are creating a product or a sales page, You should not spend much time on it. If you are spending too much time in analyzing then you might end up stepping on your own toes. Let me show you what I meant with that…
Do you believe if I tell you, I wrote my last blogging ebook in about 45 minutes and it took me Only 2 hrs to proof read… I was selling this product in 4 hrs after it’s creation.
I wrote another ebook of mine, which I finished in little over 1 hr. and its not in marketing niche. Again after a little bit of proof reading it was ready to sell.
I recently wrote 12 page report for someone in 2 days
I created 3 different name squeeze page(for testing purposes) for myself in about half an hour.
It takes me about 1/2 an to create a good content blog and I explained that in my ebook.
From my own experience people are not as confident as they should be. They might even be best knowledgeable in their niche but will hesitate in writing just because of confidence issue.

If someone was advertising some kind of Internet Marketing e-book and their ad said they made it in two days, I know I wouldn’t buy it.

What went wrong with her?
She made the biggest mistake of spreading her efforts in many areas. Biggest sin for any businessman. If you are starting out, last thing you need to do is start wondering about X Y Z methods. Learn one method properly and stick to it until you are seeing good results with it.
Let me give you an example. I started off with 2 adsense sites, and then added affiliate links from 10 different companies. Then I tried my hands on selling my own ebook. after 4 months of nonsense. I finally decided to stick to one method.
I chose blogging as my main method. I blogged on daily basis for next 8 months. After Experimenting with many methods on blogs I found a simple way to generate traffic and income for myself. By now I was full time into blogging.
Later even why I started selling my products and other stuff. I still made money.
Can You tell me Why this worked?

Lets start about product creation.
What kind of products you can create in 60 minutes
Ebook (I did it 3 times in last 2 months, created ebooks in less than 60 minutes).
Audios (You can either record the audio yourself or create a powerful teleseminar)
Video (You can easily pack a good powerful step by step instruction set for any Problem that can be explained in video)
Let me take an example from Weight loss category
If I have to create a product on Weight loss category. I can easily create all kind of products in less than 60 minutes.
If I have to create an E-book. I’ll just write down simple steps to lose weight. Did you noticed other books how they have like 300+ pages in it… People don’t care how exactly they lose weight. They just want to get rid of that excess blubber.
Put it in writing, Simple guide to Diet, Nutrition and Exercise. The best part about this is… There’s so much research already done for you. All you need to do is put together something that works.
2nd Audios : If I have to create an Audio product or teleseminar, then again think How much effort it’ll take me to create an audio.. almost none at all…

See I just created a 3 types of products in weight loss category in front of you.

Ethics of Marketing
In Internet marketing, All of us try out best to entice the customer to buy from us. But does that mean we should dump the ethics of marketing?
Of course there is cut throat competition, but there are something You should do and You should avoid. I wanted to showcase both examples so that you can learn the difference between being good and being an ****.
First example here is by J P Maroney. He talks about a Copywriter. This copywriter did something that every one should learn from.
It’s no secret that I refer out copywriting business to several members of this board. I do it out of courtesy to clients, partners, associates, etc.
and… I’m not a copywriter for hire — so it’s really no skin off my nose.
Now…
A few weeks ago one of my partners was looking for a copywriter for one of his clients. He asked me to refer some copywriters.
When he described the “type” of work… I thought of one person specifically who I thought would be “perfect” for the job.
A member of this board, actually.
I made the referral. Even sent an email to the copywriter giving him a heads up that my partner (or his client) might be in contact.
I received a nice email back saying, “Thanks!”
Result…
The client hired this copywriter.
End of story, right?
NOPE!
Today, I received a PayPal transfer for a sum of money noted as a “referral fee” from this copywriter.
Now get this… there was no pre-existing, much less formal, agreement between me and this copywriter for any kind of “JV” or “Referrals” etc.
This copywriter sent the “referral fee” to me completely unexpected.
And, there was a note attached that said something like… “This is for the deposit, look for additional next month when I get the balance.”
I want to make two points here:
1) When I heard about the project, I immediately had A copywriter in mind. That’s because this person has purposefully positioned themself to focus on a specialty.
2) Guess who I’m going to think of next time I hear of a similar project?
2.5) I think it’s just darn classy of this copywriter to do this.
Just thought I’d share this… hopefully it’s good food for thought if you’re looking for ways to create a “stream of client referrals.”

2nd Example is about a guy Who is one of the big name in marketing and This is what is he Did… and I suggest you to NOT COPY this example.
He asked his subscriber to buy a product from his affiliate links, If they already bought the product, they should ask for refund and then buy it again with his affiliate link.
Why?
Because he is giving out BONUSES that you won’t get if you don’t buy from his link.
This guy lost other marketer’s trust. This guy lost his Clickbank account.
So what are your thoughts on it?

Should You Pay For Traffic.
I was lurking in one of the marketing forum. There was this huge discussion over “Should You Pay for Traffic Or Not“.
Now of course, this argument is divided into 2 groups. One Who says, Yay and Another Who says NAY.
Yay Group Says: Free Advertising is Volatile. You never know when you lose all your advertising sources. If you know you are spending $100 and making $400, You can increase your advertising expenditure and make some serious dough.
like Spend $500 and make $2000 (taking from above metrics)
Who is right?
Free Advertising is great in the end. But You have no control in the end.
While it was a hot discussion. Someone commented with this…

I’m serious.
Why? Because most people who are free traffic hunters have yet to learn the most valuable lesson : It all comes down to ROI
Why does it come down to ROI when you’re getting free traffic?
Now When I read it.. I was like, Hell yes, for a change he understands whats the real scene.
You see, it doesn’t matter what you are doing to get free traffic. You are still spending time. Time = Money.
Did you ever gave a though how much worth your time is?$50 a day, 50$ an hour, $100 an hour? Do you have an idea.
When you are building business, You have to understand you are either paying by Money or by your time.
When I started looking into Pay per Click in Nov 2004. I lost lots of money. But I learnt a Heck a lot more. That was the kind of education You’ll never get with free traffic.
Why?
Because you never care for free things. By the way, for people who still doesn’t understood, Free things are just illusion You are ultimately paying for it in one form or another.
When you are paying for traffic, you’ll quickly realize the importance of ROI because it’s real money you’re paying with, not “just” your time.You learn important things like
-> Simple maths
-> What is your profit/Loss on campaign?
-> Know what ads are converting to customers?
-> what is your customer’s lifetime value?
-> How to reduce cost aquistion?
-> What is customers sales cycle?
-> Predicted growth of your market.
etc etc…
Every bit of this goes on to build your business. You are not just playing “My Webpage game”. Its serious business.
Of course, If you are getting loads of traffic for FREE. Enjoy it while you can, but Do not ignore the power of the Advertising.
