			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I just sat down to write this article with my stop watch running. My plan is to write this article in 10 minutes or less. Of course I have to touch all the important points like how to write introduction, write headlines, conclusion and author bio box.</p>
<p>If you take a look at any article, there is a structure that they follow. If there is no structure, it’s going to be really hard to relay your message across with the article. The speed bumps this kind of structure less articles creates a bad experience for the reader.</p>
<p><strong>How to get rid of this structure less speed bumps?</strong></p>
<p>One of the thing about a good article needs is a flow in the article. If you read your article aloud, you’ll automatically be able to see where these speed bumps are.</p>
<p>A good structure needs to be followed in a step by step manner.<br />
For example a good structure for any article will be<br />
Article headline<br />
Article introduction<br />
Article content<br />
Article Conclusion<br />
Author bio box</p>
<p>A good headline needs to invoke curiosity and intrigue in the reader. If it doesn’t the headline is a failure. Some of the popular and easy to use headlines include “How to” or “Discover”.</p>
<p>Then you have to write your introduction, where you’ll be introducing your content topic. With a small introduction of hundred words, you are ready to dive into the meat of the topic.</p>
<p>Here you should discuss your article in as detail as you want. Remember too much information makes reader yawn. Make it interesting, make it snappy, make it concise.</p>
<p>After your article content you are going to angle in your conclusion. Again, like the introduction, this one is easy to write. You have to conclude the basic idea of the article and re-phrase you major points of the article. That’s it, your article is done.</p>
<p>Now with a nice author bio box, where you can discuss your self, your website and give link to readers to take action, you article is finished.</p>
<p>Now as you can see, I just finished this article. There’s not even any need to write a conclusion for this?</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>If you understand the concept of niche marketing, then you understand, its far better to be big fish in small pond rather than small fish in big pond. Unless you can somehow change the situation, you should put your head in niche marketing.</p>
<p>In niche, there are often many experts, and your job is to be one of them and may be better. When I was thinking about this, I realized you have no other option than to become an expert. It might be ok for markets you have an idea about. But what about market you are not an expert in.</p>
<p>So this article will shed some light on how you can become an expert in 48 hr or less.</p>
<p><strong>How to gain knowledge is any niche?</strong></p>
<p>You might find this surprising but its very easy to gain knowledge in any field in about 24 hrs. What you need to do is, go to book store, buy 2-3 books on the topic. Now you should read them and make notes on them (I prefer using mind map).</p>
<p>For someone like me who consistently reads over 1200 words minute, reading few books in a day is minor job. When you’ve finished reading (and making notes), you should go over the topic and see what you have an idea about?</p>
<p>When you have enough knowledge (if you’ve read couple of books, you have more than enough), it’s time to become an expert.</p>
<p><strong>How to become an expert?</strong></p>
<p>What is an expert? – Someone who knows stuff about something. Right?</p>
<p>Actually you are half right. He/she should know alright but there’s one thing you should know about perception. If people perceive you are an expert, then you are.<br />
Look at oprah, she isn’t expert on weight loss, relationship and stuff. She is an example of perceived expert. From my view, she’s an expert on interviewing people. So what you can do?</p>
<ol>
<li>Write an article – Simplest form. If you can write article about it, then you are an expert.</li>
<li>Create a product – Now if you have created a product, then you are an expert. A better one than who writes an article.</li>
<li>Make a Video tutorial – If you can make yourself a video of doing things or discussing, it like “<a href="http://write-articles.imbasics.com"  class="alinks_links" onclick="return alinks_click(this);" title=""  style="padding-right: 13px; background: url(http://www.imbasics.com/talks/wp-content/plugins/alinks/images/external.png) center right no-repeat;" rel="external">article marketing</a> with steroids”.</li>
<li>Proclaim yourself as an expert – You might be scared to do this, but you can easily do this.  Late Gary halberd proclaimed himself as “greatest copywriter in the world” (though I have no doubt he was). Remember if you shout long and hard enough, it’s true.</li>
</ol>
<p>Like I said, it&#8217;s easy if you think of it as a perceived expertize. You can spend a few hours of forum and become reorganized as resident expert. It&#8217;s not as hard  you might think.</p>

<p><strong>What is Niche Marketing?</strong></p>
<p>A niche marketing is a marketing strategy that focuses on a sub-set of a large market. These markets exists because of the demand of specific instruction, product, or services. If you jump into interned marketing bandwagon without any plans to conquer the niche, you&rsquo;ll find your efforts failing spectacularly. You should understand doing this will save you from suffering in long run.</p>
<p><strong>Why You should go for markets that in niche?</strong></p>
<p>The answer is simple. It&rsquo;s easier to promote yourself and gain identity as an expert in a niche market. Whereas in general markets like (internet marketing), it&rsquo;s harder to compete. As it&rsquo;s easy to become an expert in smaller sub-section of a group, you can later on expand to other sections or in major section of the group.</p>
<p><strong>How to find niche markets for online business?</strong></p>
<p>I personally like to follow what my likes, hobbies are. Then I try to search if there&rsquo;s a market in those areas. One of the thing that I like to search is &ldquo;If people are buying in one of these markets&rdquo;. If they are, then I take it as a &ldquo;possible profitable niche&rdquo;. If not, rinse and repeat.</p>
<p>So if you want to find a few good niche, take out your pen and paper and start listing everything you know about. It can be your likes, your dislikes, your hobbies. </p>
<p>Check out if there are forums, blogs on the &ldquo;possible profitable niche&rdquo; that we&rsquo;ve found. This will help you get the pulse of the market.</p>

<p>Then you submitted them to various top article directories. It&rsquo;s been few days since you submitted, there&rsquo;s no traffic, list building and no chances of sales at all. </p>

<p>You wouldn&rsquo;t be surprised to see lots of people is forum dissing article marketing. Frankly speaking they are not wrong at all. They just don&rsquo;t know.</p>
<p>I believe there are 4 major reason why your article didn&rsquo;t get the results you expected?</p>
<p><strong>1. Bad Quality Article</strong> &ndash; Now there is not much to say about it. Even on some very highly moderated sites like <a href="http://ezinearticles.com/" target="_blank">ezinearticles.com</a> you&rsquo;ll see quite a few bad quality articles. There can be many reasons why anyone would think that article is not good. </p>
<p><strong>2. Bad Title/ Headline </strong>&ndash;&nbsp;Whenever you write and post articles, you article is competing with tons of other articles. What are your chances of been seen? </p>
<p>Your article title is most important in at least getting acquainted with your readers. It should urge the reader to open your article and read. If it&rsquo;s not doing that, then the title is not doing it&rsquo;s job properly.</p>
<p><strong>3. No Flow at all </strong>&ndash; Articles are supposed to have a flow in them. People who are reading it should start at the beginning and slide all the way down to your author bio box and click the link. That&rsquo;s why you need flow in the article.</p>
<p>Now this is little hard to spot in your articles. You&rsquo;ll find sometimes, you articles have jumps, hiccups and road blocks which often effects your click through on your bio box. It takes practice to get good at spotting them.</p>
<p><strong>4. Bad Author Bio Box </strong>&ndash; I believe over 95% of bio boxes aren&rsquo;t as good as people believe. I can even some of my own in that list. Frankly speaking writing a good author bio box is like an art. Unless you practice a lot and understand it intimately, you aren&rsquo;t going to write a good one.</p>
<p>Even after writing 100&rsquo;s of article, sometimes I get stuck in this zone. There are cookie cutter approach that you can use. But they only go so long.</p>

<p>He introduced many of the great concepts. Today&nbsp;I am&nbsp;going to discuss one of his concept called &ldquo;Moving the Free Line&rdquo;.</p>
<p>This concept is all about giving information. According to Eben, you can never give too much information. That&rsquo;s why he introduced &ldquo;Moving the Free line&rdquo; concept.</p>
<p>A beautiful concept though little misused, misunderstood&nbsp;by others.</p>
<p>I have noticed when you give too much information, people tend to buy a lot less.</p>
<p>Think of it like this.</p>
<p>You are hungry. No, you are not just hungry, YOU ARE HUNGRY. Right.</p>
<p>In front of you, there&rsquo;s a large table with tons of stuff to eat. The first thing you&rsquo;ll notice is that your hunger just went way down.</p>
<p>It doesn&rsquo;t matter how much hungry you were, you won&rsquo;t be eating much at that table.</p>
<p>(I am foodie and I feel the phenomena everytime I attend a party, marriage or events. damn it)</p>
<p><strong>What happens when you are in front of tons of food?</strong></p>
<p>Your mind gets short circuited and starts to wonder what you should eat and what you shouldn&rsquo;t?</p>
<p>This is exactly what happens when you are in front of too much information. You don&rsquo;t know what to do. So your reader, tend to shy away from any sort of buying behavior.</p>
<p>Another things which sometimes happens is that people feel that they&rsquo;ve learnt all they can. So they never buy your stuff.</p>
<p><strong>Am I saying &ldquo;Moving the Free line&rdquo; concept is wrong?</strong></p>
<p>No, not&nbsp;at all. The concept is As solid as 24 carat gold.</p>
<p>In fact I, myself recommend people to give away their best stuff as free information. </p>
<p>The issue is about removing the fat from your content.</p>
<p>If you notice Eben&rsquo;s mailing (join his email list), you&rsquo;ll see few patterns.</p>
<p>He gives away information freely, but it&rsquo;s in bits and pieces. He&rsquo;s not trying to force feed you all of his genius work.</p>
<p>Like there&rsquo;s popular saying</p>

<p>Q &ndash; At what point do you try to build a relationship with your prospects online?</p>
<p>Of course, with the title of this article, you can guess, we are going to talk about autoresponder emails. But the question is WHEN and HOW you should try to build relationship.</p>
<p>You&rsquo;d be surprised how easy (yet alluding the real answer).</p>
<p>The answer is, Your Very First Email. Yes, the one that goes as &ldquo;Thank your for subscribing&rdquo;.</p>
<p>Think about it, you must have done something right that&rsquo;s why they have taken the time to subscribe to your list and click the confirmation link.</p>
<p>Right? Exactly. That&rsquo;s why this is your MOST IMPORTANT EMAIL.</p>
<p>Now You can change to build</p>
<p>1. Rapport.<br />2. Trust.<br />3. loyalty<br />4. Friendship (or more importantly long term relationship)</p>
<p>Now the 2<sup>nd</sup> part of the question is, How do you do all of the above?</p>
<p>The answer is, Be Yourself, Be Authentic.</p>
<p>When you are writing your &lsquo;thank you&rsquo; email. Don&rsquo;t just stop at &ldquo;thank you for subscribing and blah blah&rdquo;. This is the right time to get to know each other. </p>
<p><strong>1. Remind them why they subscribed</strong> &ndash; There&rsquo;s always buyer&rsquo;s remorse even when they are subscribing to get free stuff. So you have to remind them about their decision was right. You can do 2 ways.</p>
<blockquote style="MARGIN-RIGHT: 0px" dir="ltr">
<p><strong>1. Repeat your sales pitch again </strong>&ndash; You can repeat your sales pitch again. Tell them why they subscribed</p>
<p><strong>2. What&rsquo;s to come </strong>&ndash; Share with them what else you are going to share with them.</p>
<p><strong>3. Use both of the above</strong> &ndash; This is rarer format, but it can be used.</p>

<p style="MARGIN-RIGHT: 0px" dir="ltr"><strong>2.&nbsp;Share your story </strong>&ndash; Tell them how you started in the market. Tell them what compelled you to find information about the topic. Tell them what makes you an expert.</p>
<p style="MARGIN-RIGHT: 0px" dir="ltr">Share your up and downs with the story.</p>
<p style="MARGIN-RIGHT: 0px" dir="ltr"><strong>3. Give Proof </strong>&ndash;&nbsp; If it&rsquo;s possible, give proof about your statements. The better your proof is, the higher your chances are going to be trusted in future.</p>
<p style="MARGIN-RIGHT: 0px" dir="ltr"><strong>4. Share one of your secret </strong>&ndash; Another thing that you can do is share your secrets of &ldquo;creating irresistible Blue widgets&rdquo;. </p>
<p style="MARGIN-RIGHT: 0px" dir="ltr">If you follow the above method, you&rsquo;ll end up with a big damn email. So you better edit and re-edit your email. Remove all the un-necessary stuff that can be taken out without changing the message. </p>
<p style="MARGIN-RIGHT: 0px" dir="ltr">Pithy your content. Get foccussed.</p>

Frankly speaking, I wasn&#8217;t that surprised to see this as Google has been known to slap around Website owners with it&#8217;s constant changing algorithms.</p>
<p>So should you give up on this Or be ready to take the bull by horns?</p>
<p>Now if you&#8217;ve been reading any of my blog posts/articles on SEO, you know how much I favor doing the basics (Title, h1, description tags etc). When it comes to give a little boost to my rankings with some carefully planned articles, then I think it&#8217;s worth spending your time.</p>
<p>Let&#8217;s differentiate what You should do differently than people who get slapped by Google.</p>
<p><strong>1. Manipulate or not? That is the question -</strong> Understand, when you are writing an article on any keyword, you are trying to manipulate Search engines in one form or another. The people who got slapped silly were the ones who took this manipulation to the extreme.</p>
<p><strong>2. Think about the visitors First</strong> &#8211; Even if you are writing an article to attract search engine traffic. ALWAYS write an article from a reader&#8217;s perspective. It&#8217;ll not only hurt your conversion but also work against you as the content will not be of higher quality.</p>
<p><strong>3. What does Google actual wants -</strong> Now if you are searching for something on Google, what does it actually wants to serve you? Google wants to give you as close to content you are looking for. So if you somehow manipulate your rankings and do not provide the right content match, then chances of losing the rankings are very high.</p>
<p>When you start writing with keeping in mind about your main goal (Visitors First, Best Content Match for Google and then add writing for search engines), You&#8217;ll get good results.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>When you are writing, you have to get in the flow of writing and when you do that, you&#8217;ll find right words coming out at the right moment. And this is the key behind writing an article fast.</p>
<p>Do not think for a second, a template or modeling someone&#8217;s article is going to help you write fast. These things helps only if you have the habit of writing an article.</p>
<p>Now you have to understand every article has 3 key important things.</p>
<p>1. Headline</p>
<p>2. Body content</p>
<p>3. Author Bio.</p>
<p>I do not write my headline until I&#8217;ve finished writing an article. This is best way to write a better headline. As you finish your article, you&#8217;ll find that your brain is in overdrive to process lots of information. And the chances that these headline ideas starts jumping to you won&#8217;t be surprising to me.</p>
<p>A good headline will cause your reader to sit up and take notice. If they don&#8217;t work like that then you have to learn (and practice writing) more. there&#8217;s no other secret behind it.</p>
<p>2nd important point in all this is body content. Like I suggested you should first pen down all of your thoughts regarding the subject. Let your fingers follow the brain idea flow. Just let it all out. You can always edit it later.</p>
<p>Your body content will largely determine what kind of headline you&#8217;ll write. Your content will also determine what to write in a author bio box.</p>
<p>Take notice of the flow and speech pattern of your article to write a good author bio box.</p>
<p>Author bio box is nothing but a conversation on flow where you are introducing yourself. If you suddenly interrupt, you are distracting the flow of your article. Think of it as a greased slide. From start to finish, reader should go with the flow.</p>
<p>Now this article took me about 7 minutes and 24 seconds to write. Can you write an article like this one and clock my time? So far this is my best time for over 300 words article.</p>

<p>You&#8217;d notice most of the stuff I am giving you today does not contain stuff like title, body content, conclusion. And it&#8217;s simple. Writing is more than just taking a template and copying it.</p>
<p><strong>1. Write everyday </strong>- One of the secret behind writing is to &#8220;write everyday&#8221;. It gets your gear moving. And writing daily keeps your mental muscle in working condition. I don&#8217;t care what you write about. It can be blog, email or an article.</p>
<p>If you want to Write regularly then you need Ideas coming out of your head everyday.</p>
<p><strong>2. Brain storm a session </strong>- Fast writing will need lots of ideas. It&#8217;d help you if you brain storm before every session. Do not Check your email, log on to forums or read blogs during that time. Treat your Brainstorming session as a sacred routine.</p>
<p><strong>3. Fix a time</strong> &#8211; Fix a time to write. I like to do all of my writing early in the morning. And I do it in one (or two) sittings. It helps create and build a habit. The moment you sit down on your special writing chair in your special writing suit with special pen. You&#8217;ll feel different.</p>
<p>Again, no interruptions in this process. Interruptions will disturb your concentration and make you lose your thoughts and ideas. Bad mean things they are.</p>
<p><strong>4. Write in Bulk </strong>- Another thing is to write many articles in one sitting, preferbally in the same market.</p>
<p><strong>5. Commit a challenge </strong>- Recently I started a challenge to write 100 articles in 30 days. That comes down to 3 articles per day. But I suggested to write 10 articles (for myself). So far I&#8217;ve finished 41 articles in 5 days (a little late on schedule I know). But it&#8217;s fun though.</p>
