How to create short reports in Record Time

I am going to give you a simple method you can use to create multiple short reports in very short time frame. It might work or it might not depending on your market. But chances are it might.

Of course, the better method of getting reports done is by using our service, while you concentrate on important task such as traffic generation, list building. Anyways this method will help you write a short report in no time. Here are your goals you should try to achieve.

Short Report Goals Setting

1. Create short report faster to sell.

2. Provide good quality content (another 101 tips to diet won’t cut it)

3. You don’t want to write more than 20-25 pages.

Now You have to keep these goals in your mind. Do some research on your competitors. I already explained my research methods in earlier days of this Internet Marketing challenge.

First Step : Create an Outline.

Create an outline for your report. 2 pages of your report will be Introduction and Conclusion. Decide on the topics you want to cover.

Your outline might look something like this

Introduction

Why You should _____?

Topic #1

Topic #2

Topic #3

Conclusion

Don’t worry, as you’ll go along, you can add more chapters in this report. But This is good starting point. Right Now You can write an introduction & conclusion to this report.

This is good way to start as you know what you are going to talk about and won’t have to worry about “writers block”.

Second Step : Idea Generation

Take your topic ideas and find out what other writers have to say about it. Find out how your method or thought process is different.

Do this for all of your ideas and then create a swipe files of ideas and discussion you have researched so far.

Third Step : Write, write and write…

This step will be all about writing. After you have written Introduction & conclusion, chances are your head is filled with ideas. Now write down everything that comes to your mind. Don’t edit or proof read. Forget about grammar or your english. Forget about spelling mistakes.

Just type, type and type some more.

Fourth Step : Proof Read and Finishing Touches

When you are done with your report. Now let it go for a day or two. Come back and proof read all the errors, grammar mistakes etc. If possible give it to someone else for proof reading.

Add some finishing touches to the ebook. Like bullet points, blockquotes and other stuff. Make it easy to read.

And Voila, you are done… Here’s your short report ready to sell.
